Consumers Awareness of Acrylamide in Bread: Knowledge of Health Risks and EU Mitigation Measures Across the Wheat-to-Bread Chain

We invite you to participate in an international survey conducted as a part of a Virtual Mobility Grant within the ACRYRED COST Action CA21149 – Reducing Acrylamide Exposure of Consumers by a Cereals Supply-Chain Approach Targeting Asparagine (www.acryred.eu). The aim of this study is to assess consumers’ awareness, knowledge and practices related to acrylamide in food products, including factors influencing its formation during food preparation. The collected information will support the development of strategies to reduce acrylamide formation in cereal-based products in line with Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/2158.

The survey is anonymous and partication is voluntary. It takes approximately 3-4 minutes.
